Trouble With Gravity

You can find my review for The Trouble With Gravity below!

I knew it wasn't just my music she'd breathed life into. She'd breathed life into me too.

I was provided an ARC of Trouble With Gravity for my honest review. Trouble With Gravity releases on January 2nd!

My favorite thing about this series of standalones by K.K. Allen is that it's interactive reading. The books are about dancers, and while your reading K.K. provides you with links to YouTube videos of the dances, and I just really love it. I love how she is bringing the book to life in her own little way. And it's like she picks the perfect dances, for those moments in the story.

I really enjoyed Kai. She held her own, she didn't back down, and she stood up for herself and others. She was just a geniune person and that is so refreshing in a book. I'm also kind of a sucker for a book with a "bad boy" and a good girl and this was the perfect example of that.

Sebastian was troubled. He had went through alot in life, and he had been betrayed many times. He let people think the worst of him, even when most of it was untrue. He also didn't take any crap from anyone. He was like the perfect fire to Kai's ice.

These two butted heads so often in this book, enemies to lovers is my absolute favorite kind of book. I love it when the couple is so obviously attracted to each other, but will do everything in their power to deny it. That makes for some really off the charts chemistry between the two characters.

That was the trouble with gravity. It couldn't be stopped. It couldn't be ignored. I was completely at its mercy, even when the one thing I felt myself gravitating toward refused to let me in.

I love nothing more than a story about a girl with dreams colliding with a guy thats misunderstood. Two people that can't stand each other, but can't seem to stay away from each other, and then finally realizing they belong together. Also add in a bit of drama, jealousy, and anger and you have all the makings for a pretty great read.

Overall, I'm giving this one 4 STARS. K.K. did not disappoint, and I'm still a huge fan of an interactive book. I like the way she brings out the emotions in her characters, and makes it easy to fall in love with them, while also cursing their stupidity at the same time.
