“If he breaks my heart, I hope the cracks tell a good story.” I received an ARC of this book from the author. I fell in love with Brittainy  and her writing when I read Eleanor & Gray. That was my first book of hers and I immediately fell in love with her words and her writing. She has this ability to reach down deep into your soul and make you feel. This story was so good, so good that it made me uncomfortable. It made me feel pain and it made me sob. She is just a master at these emotional stories, and has quickly made her way up into my must read authors list.  I wondered what the storm inside her head looked like. I wondered if her thunder tumbled as loud as mine, if her lighting struck her soul repeatedly, if she drowned in her own thoughts.  Man, I really loved Shay. What an absolutely fabulous character. "Because something inevitable can't be a bad decision. Not when it was meant to be all along." I hate Drew Woods, and she hates me. Even so, I'm not the cold jerk most make me out to be, and I have no problem moving the single mom and her baby into my home.
